Reliance- totally unreliable !!

Reliance Anil Dhirubhai Ambani group, one of the premiere company in field of telecommunication and media, such kind of cheap thing can be expected from you. A company whose existence itself is a big question of bribing top officials manipulating people and media to get various licenses to expand network which dates back to Dhirubhai Ambani’s time, as have been somewhat depicted in film “GURU”, just to enlighten common man how the vision of late Shri Dhirubhai ambani of “Kar lo duniya mutthi me” came to existence, which continue even today with the name of Reliance as one of the culprits been benefitted from the 2G scam among others, show that their values and methods have not  changed. Undoubtedly Reliance have grown in heaps and bounds under his supervision with zero values for its customer. It’s a company I can say fake with no firm values and etiquettes.

Some of you may not agree with my words but let me tell you an incident which happened with me and then you might think my accusation is right (though your consent doesn’t matter much to me but still I am making my stand clear). I had a Reliance WLL connection at home with a monthly rental plan of Rs. 1000/- just because I have big network and I need to talk to lot of people. This is the reason I have more than 10 reliance connections in my home and around 50-60 connections across India. I was facing problem due to faulty handset and had complaint repeatedly about the same in the so called customer care (as they don’t care for their customer) with patience for 6 months. Later when nothing concrete about changing the handset came from the other side, I started visiting all reliance web world in my city so that I can procure a new handset to have trouble free communication. But all my effort was in vain as all web stores were running out of stock in handset and every time I reported to them they launched a complaint and assured me that your problem will be resolved in a week’s time, but no action was taken ever. Later after getting pissed off by this I approached the manager of a store and asked for suggestion (as the employees are so arrogant to talk as if I have gone to ask for their bone or flesh), what he would do in such a case and he suggested me- “since you are having a high monthly plan so better surrender your phone so that your monthly rental is saved and procure a new connection all together”(means an additional burden of near about Rs.2500/-). As per his suggestion I approached him for surrendering the number, but the procedure is drafted in such a manner that only the company is benefitted and no heed is paid on customer grievances. There I was supposed to pay a sum of Rs. 1400/- and some documents to surrender my account, in lieu of that company will send me a Sum of Rs. 1000/- after a month or so against my security deposit. Can anyone tell me his/her willingness in paying Rs.1400/- and surrendering phone with all documents to get a sum of Rs.1000/- after a month (that’s also not sure as it will be send via courier and post so no guarantee that the cheque will reach you)???

I called the customer care making my stand clear to them, I made repetitive call not just to the call center operator but even to senior employees by channeling thorough customer care. They gave me number of some persons in zonal head office in Delhi to talk to them so that handset could be made available, but again all in vain. They promised they will do the needful and will ensure that the problem is resolved but nothing was done. Is this the value of the company, just promise but don’t deliver anything to your customer.

I enquired about the way to file a case in consumer court against Reliance company but the advocate’s fee was so high that I thought it better to leave the phone as it is, as company is no way going to pay me anything, so what’s the point spending more money for such a fraud company. After that I switched off the handset as it was very difficult to keep it in operating condition with a  continuous monitoring every 15 min to check whether phone is active or is switched off. Later I got call from their zonal office saying pay your bill or else we will file a case against you (they could reach my number as I have multiple Reliance numbers with same address proof and name). Is there anyone to take the customer’s side in Reliance?? I made numerous mails to any and every contact I got about customer redressal on Reliance website but all in vain, got no reply.

And yes at last I lost and Reliance won as I have paid all the dues they have asked me to, in order to save my ass from going to Delhi with an advocate and fighting case against the company in court, as I don’t have that much time and money to spent on such company (I don’t want to abuse the company on my blog as it will make my blog obscene but you deserve it).

I think I am not alone who have been cheated but the things are so complex in consumer court that its difficult for common people with zero law knowledge to safeguard his interests against these companies who have good lawyers on their side to save their ass as it is their regular business of cheating people.

I must say that I am not going to continue with this company anymore and soon Reliance will observe a decrease of atleast 10 numbers from its database, a very feeble number in comparison to its consumer database but remember if the trend will continue the day is not far people will switch to other companies better in values and services than yours. Reliance company ADAG group you just lost a 10 year old faithful customer, till date I used to suggest people to buy Reliance owing to its coverage and cheap call rates but from now onwards I will definitely be going against you and abusing you as a fraud and cheap company with no values and will make sure that no one in my knowledge gets your connection and get cheated by your one-sided policies.

Hail Reliance!!

Its time to bring about change !!

India is a country with maximum percentage of youth but it is ruled by elderly people. The role of Parliament, Cabinet ministers, Members of Parliament (MPs), Ministers, ruling party and its cabinet ministers, their educational qualifications, their background, the authenticity of intelligence and investigating agencies and surveillance bodies have long been debated and no significant change could be observed.

A report from parliament says that more than half of the MPs have criminal cases pending against them in different courts of India (for detail report click here). Newspaper contains more news about scams, crime, murder, extortions, dacoity, kidnapping, robbery, theft, serious law and order breakdown in the city, unorganized city traffic driving nuts out of residents of the city reaching their destinations in time, school students waiting for long hours in school bus due to unending jams, underdevelopment, lack of basic amenities to people, poverty and many similar stories. Enough is enough now it’s now the “TIME TO CHANGE” as peoples are fed-up with all these stuffs and want to see some concrete change happening in society around us so that each and every one of us are benefitted from it.

Yesterday I was going through article related to biggest mining scam of 10.76 lakh crores on Times of India(online), its worth 6 times the 2G scam, considered biggest till date amounting to 1.67 lakh crores. One can just imagine its magnanimity, had these money be distributed among people each person could have got around Rs. 10,000/- per head. There was a tweet saying “government has made ministry to do scams”. Late in the evening Hindustan times (online) published the news with CAG saying the report about biggest scam is fake and draft is still in its initial/pre-processing stage. Do you think the people are fools??, (Times of India wont publish such news without having proof about the same). The CAG persons must have been compromised to give this comment otherwise there could be sudden law and order problem in the country, the ruling party at center may fall, there could be any kind of emergency situation in the country or it may be that the figures are even more magnanimous so they have given a hint such that the ruling party can make necessary arrangements for the facing sudden law and order crunch/breakdown which may happen in future. The whole idea behind discussing this incident is that one cannot rely on the authenticity of the working of apex intelligence, investigation and surveillance bodies.

I think some of the basic reasons why such conditions arise time and again in our country is due to the illiterate politicians and ministers, moreover the lobbying happening at higher level to keep vote bank intact is another reason. Looking back at the incident where Mr. Dinesh Trivedi (Former railway minister) was stepped down because he raised railway fare by some minimum amount without informing his party head Ms. Mamta Banerjee and Mr. Mukul Roy was made the Railway Minister. There is a huge difference in their educational qualifications, Dinesh Trivedi is an MBA from USA while Mukul Roy is just a 12th pass. (Full detail of DineshTrivedi and Mukul roy). Anyone can decide who could have managed railway’s better. Isn’t such incident pathetic???

These things are quite possible when we have two rubber stamps placed at two most powerful chairs in the country, the President and the Prime Minister. Former is honorary rubber stamp post in nature and latter has made it so. He being one of the finest professor in economics stands lame for sake of his position as if he dares to go against the main ruler he will be stepped down in similar way like Mr. Dinesh Trivedi was stepped down since he presented a good budget which was in favor of the country, which could have improved the safety conditions of railways, could have brought technical innovations and many other improvements which he had highlighted in budget.

The main reasons leading to chaos in cities including incidents like robbery, dacoity, kidnapping, extortions, murder, etc. occurs because the youth power is not properly channelized, the youth of the country is illiterate and jobless and hence indulges himself in demeaning activities to support his families. The incompetent governance shamelessly admits we are not properly equipped and lacks persons, we don’t have sufficient trained personnel to combat these situations. While there is a very simple solution to these problems, as you have jobless youth and vacancies in different sectors like police, armed forces, teachers, etc. so why not use the untapped youth power in constructive way by properly channelizing unemployed youth in these areas so that enough number of trained personnel are available to combat any un-towards situation, enough number of teachers could be found would be  ready to work at root level to eradicate illiteracy, will help in maintaining proper law and order situation in the city and as the number of jobless youth will decrease, subsequently crime will decrease.

Still the question who will bring the change remains unanswered????

We-“the people of India, who can and will bring the change”

Earlier people had lost faith that something can happen in India as they were busy managing bread and butter for their families, but then Anti-corruption crusade of Anna Hazare’s awaked and united the youth, that’s the biggest milestone they have achieved, though their movement couldn’t bring about any concrete changes as they wanted. But we should not let the fire die until we bring some concrete changes.

If the 1.25 billion people of the country are united, we can bring about the changes?

WE CAN AND WE WILL CHANGE IT !!!
